1. Enrol & onboard

   After you enrol we schedule a short on-boarding call. Hard-copy folders ship the same day and your online portal opens instantly.

2. Study on a family-friendly timetable

   The Certificate is ≈ 250 study hours. At 5–6 hrs a week you finish in 11–12 months—add more hours to finish sooner (8 hrs ≈ 7–8 months).

3. Use both formats—whenever it suits

   You receive the full course as printed folders you keep for note-taking, plus online videos, mini-quizzes and downloadable templates for on-the-go study.

This course provides successful students with a qualification from NCFE CACHE, regulated by Ofqual. NCFE CACHE is an Awarding Organisation recognised by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) in England and by the Welsh Government.

This is a competence based qualification suitable for all roles in school, including site staff, administrators etc as well as those who work directly with children and young people. It seeks to develop the knowledge and understanding that all those working in a school setting will need and covers areas such as safeguarding, communication and understanding the school context.
